1. This transaction is non-refundable<\/strong><\/b> under the Consumer Financial Protection Act (CFPA)<\/strong><\/b>.<\/p>\n

2. Once payment is completed, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

Article 3 (License and Product Delivery)<\/h3>\n

1. After purchase, your license key will be automatically sent via email or Auto Buy.<\/p>\n

2. The license key is for the personal use of the purchaser only<\/strong><\/b>. Sharing, transferring, or reselling is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

3. A verified New Project staff member on Discord may assist with reissuing a license key if necessary.<\/p>\n

4. This product is a digital (intangible)<\/strong><\/b> item. No physical shipment will occur.<\/p>\n

5. Software can be downloaded via the URL provided at the time of purchase or from the official Discord channel.<\/p>\n

Article 4 (Payment and Receipt Confirmation)<\/h3>\n

1. By submitting payment, you confirm that you have received the item, are satisfied with your purchase, and that the product matches its description.<\/p>\n
