NEW PROJECT CO. LTD 利用規約

New Project（以下「ストア」といいます）から製品をご購入いただくことにより、お客様は以下の利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）に同意したものとみなされます。
ご購入をもって、本規約への同意とみなします。
第1条（サポート）
1. お客様は、New ProjectサポートページからいつでもNew Projectサポートチームにお問い合わせいただけます（スタッフの対応状況は変動する場合があります）。
2. すべてのサポートおよび問題解決は、DiscordのチケットシステムまたはNew Projectウェブサイトのサポートページを通じて行われます。
第2条（返金ポリシー）
1. 本取引は、消費者金融保護法（CFPA）に基づき、返金不可となります。
2. お支払い完了後、いかなる場合も返金、キャンセル、交換はできません。
第3条（ライセンスおよび製品の配送）
1. ご購入後、ライセンスキーはメールまたは自動購入にて自動的に送信されます。
2. ライセンスキーは購入者本人の個人使用のみを目的としています。共有、譲渡、転売は固く禁じられています。
3. ライセンスキーの再発行が必要な場合は、Discord上のNew Project認定スタッフがサポートいたします。
4. 本製品はデジタル（無形）商品です。物理的な配送は行われません。
5. ソフトウェアは、購入時に提供されるURL、または公式Discordチャンネルからダウンロードできます。
第4条（支払いと受領確認）
1. 支払いを行うことにより、お客様は商品を受け取り、購入内容に満足し、商品が説明どおりであることを確認したものとみなされます。
2. ストアはソフトウェアおよびサービスを電子メールでのみ配信します。
第5条（禁止行為）
以下の行為は禁止されています。
– 製品またはライセンスキーの再配布、転売、改変、リバースエンジニアリング
– 他のユーザー、スタッフ、またはサーバーに対する嫌がらせや妨害行為
– 不正行為、無許可行為、またはセキュリティ侵害行為
第6条（サービスの変更または終了）
1. ストアは、事前の通知なく、いつでもサービスの一部を変更、一時停止、または終了することができます。
2. ストアは、かかる変更または中断によって生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
第7条（免責事項）
1. ストアは、製品の使用または使用不能によって生じる直接的または間接的な損害について責任を負いません。
2. 製品の使用は、すべてお客様ご自身の責任において行ってください。
第8条（利用規約の変更）
ストアは、事前の通知なく、いつでも本利用規約を更新または変更する権利を留保します。
変更内容は、ストアのウェブサイトまたは公式Discordサーバーに掲載された時点で有効となります。

Refund Policy
NEW PROJECT CO. LTD TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing any product from New Project (hereinafter referred to as “the Store”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“the Terms”).
Your purchase constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Article 1 (Support)
1. Customers can contact the New Project Support Team at any time via our New Project Support page (staff availability may vary).
2. All support and issue resolutions will be handled through our ticket system on Discord or New Project website support page.
Article 2 (Refund Policy)
1. This transaction is non-refundable under the Consumer Financial Protection Act (CFPA).
2. Once payment is completed, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
Article 3 (License and Product Delivery)
1. After purchase, your license key will be automatically sent via email or Auto Buy.
2. The license key is for the personal use of the purchaser only. Sharing, transferring, or reselling is strictly prohibited.
3. A verified New Project staff member on Discord may assist with reissuing a license key if necessary.
4. This product is a digital (intangible) item. No physical shipment will occur.
5. Software can be downloaded via the URL provided at the time of purchase or from the official Discord channel.
Article 4 (Payment and Receipt Confirmation)
1. By submitting payment, you confirm that you have received the item, are satisfied with your purchase, and that the product matches its description.
2. The Store delivers serial keys via email only.
Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)
You are prohibited from:
– Redistributing, reselling, modifying, or reverse-engineering the product or license key
– Harassing or disturbing other users, staff, or the server
– Engaging in fraudulent, unauthorized, or security-violating activities
Article 6 (Service Modification or Termination)
1. The Store may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
2. The Store shall not be liable for any damages arising from such changes or interruptions.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
1. The Store shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
2. Use of the product is entirely at your own risk.
Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)
The Store reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Any changes take effect once posted on the Store’s website or official Discord server.
